I’ve been busy with my hands since my mother taught me to sew.  Sewing, quilting, weaving, spinning, embroidery … all have been a part of my life.  But I keep returning to fabric — rearranging pieces into visually pleasing and functionally useful combinations.

My studio overlooks a lovely creek, at our home in the mountains of western North Carolina. A diverse fiber and crafts community has flourished in this area for generations.

I love what I do, and I look forward to sharing it with you.
